That's like 2 beers. DUI laws are absurd. They can't apprehend the truly *drunk* drivers, so they change the definition of *drunk* instead to make perps easier to find. Remember not so long ago, Drunk was 0.2? Before that it was even higher. Heck at 0.192, Billy was probably driving better and safer than 90% of the bluehairs down here who kill bikers all the time.
