You spend less time if you shot and kill someone in a fit of anger. The jails in FL. are overcapacity on a daily basis. Our great state keeps jacking up our property taxes to pay to build new jails. Sad but true. The jails are so full of DUI's, minor drug offenses, driving on suspended license and unpaid child support. They are taxing our properties more to pay for building jails because the jails are overcapacity on a daily basis. Most people do not get to show up in a Lexus with four lawyers and bond out immediately after being booked. Most sit in jail till the next court hearing and then might get out on bond or bail. Not because he's poor or of non-celebrity status, but because of the three priors!! There seems to be enogh evidence against Lane but I still think a prior conviction on Lane would really seal the deal for the Morelocks. If Morelock had been sober I think the chrysler case would be very strong. It sounds like florida has a big problem with drunk driving. Wow, you’d think that this guy will definately get the max.
