I'm a safe rider with kids and a son who just learned to ride and I would never promote this kind of riding. But, I have to admit that watching this guy ride a wheelie while merging into highway traffic with an 18 wheel tractor trailer on the road next to him was one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. It was graceful. The form his body and bike took was like that of a hawk taking off for flight. The image will be with me forever. While I saw this taking place live before me, I had two simultaneous and conflicting thougts: I would NEVER do that, and...I'm glad SOMEbody did that. I'm a safe rider, loving/loved husband and father of three. I will never ride in anyway that endangers me because I like riding but I love my life and I respect those around me who do, too. But, I'm not going to ding these guys. They are actually professionals. Yes, it is illegal. But they are not doing these stunts near anyone else in public.
