Hey cblois4613
I am doing OK, busy, but hanging in there.

In answering your question, the way I gathered it Dodge's affirmative Answers were pretty much going down the tubes at this point any way. Vernis told the court that he would notify McCandless of the corrections that might need to be made.

Because DaimlerChrysler is a client of Vernis, but he is representing Billy Lane, Dodge has eyes and ears at the hearing any way.

hey mike how are you? With this case being as serious as it can be ,how can an attorney for a major corporation just hang up the phone with the courts because ,he had another call that was obviously more important that this and never said a word if i was chrysler and heard about this i would fire him on the spot because if i was there lawyer i would want to know everything that was said and done not hear it from other people there in the court proceedings itself
