Dodge was the sponsor of the Blood Sweat and Gears tour which was a part of the Bike Week demonstration that he did on stage during the event in March of 2006. However, that certainly does not release the responsibility of the company in this action. As the owner of a vehicle, you are made aware of possible rate increases due to pending tickets and/or accidents by those of the drivers you have listed for the vehicle. ; ) Sandie,

If that is in fact true [which I do not know...heresay] then Billy Lane did not have a valid Florida Drivers license because the State of North Carolina had already taken them when he was arrested ther for DUI and refused to blow. Is it true that after your refuse sobriety tests twice you lose your drivers license for life under the implied consent you agree to when you sign your drivers license??
