We have found the best cure for the cold and flu to be preventive medicine. Vitamins are a very important tool in this. Very rarely since we have supplemented our diet with a strong regiment of vitamins do ether one of us get a cold or the flu. When you do get a cold, Cindi suggests homemade chicken soup.
